Privacy Policy
Effective October 4, 2026
Freedom Tech Labs, LLC ("Freedom Tech Labs", "we") is a small business in Keene, New Hampshire. This policy explains what information we handle on this website and in our email checker, which uses Google user data. Questions: hello@freedomtechlabs.ai.
This website
- No accounts, forms, analytics or advertising trackers. We don't set cookies.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads (see Google's privacy policy).
- Booking a call uses Cal.com. If you open the booking calendar or book a call, Cal.com handles what you enter under its privacy policy, and we receive the booking details so we can hold the call.
- Email: if you write to us, we keep your message to reply to it.
- Server logs: the web server records standard request details (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting, kept only as long as needed for that.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it except as described here or when the law requires it.
Email checker and Google user data
The email checker is an internal tool Freedom Tech Labs uses to sort its own mail. It is not offered to the public. With the mailbox owner's permission, given through Google's sign-in screen, it reads that one Gmail account and produces a private daily rundown for its owner.
What it accesses
- Read-only Gmail access (the
gmail.readonlyscope) to messages in the authorizing account's inbox: their headers, text and attachment names. - It cannot send, reply to, delete, move or label mail, or change any settings.
- Attachments are never opened, and links in messages are never followed.
How it uses that data
- Only to sort each new message for the mailbox owner: a category, a one-line summary, any due date or amount, and warnings about possible fraud or phishing.
- All processing runs on hardware Freedom Tech Labs controls. An AI model running on that hardware reads the message text; message content is not sent to any outside AI service.
- Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models, ours or anyone else's, and is never used for advertising.
What it stores, and for how long
- Only fields, never full messages: the message ID, sender, subject, time received, the sender-authentication results, attachment names, the short summary, the category and the warnings. Message text is held in memory only while being processed.
- Stored fields are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- The rundown is reachable only by the mailbox owner, over a private, access-controlled network.
Sharing
- Google user data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone.
- The only thing sent outside our hardware is a daily notification through Discord that carries counts only (for example, how many new messages need attention), never names, subjects or content.
Freedom Tech Labs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
The account owner can revoke the email checker's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request to hello@freedomtechlabs.ai, we delete the stored fields right away.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
